  • Discover the Benefits of Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a safe, natural therapy that supports the body’s own ability to heal. By gently stimulating specific points along the body’s energy pathways, acupuncture helps restore balance, improve circulation, and regulate the nervous system. Treatments are personalized to each patient, targeting the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort rather than just masking symptoms. This approach helps the body function more efficiently and can improve overall wellbeing.

  • Conditions We Treat

Acupuncture can address a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Some of the most common concerns we see include low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and migraines, digestive issues such as IBS and bloating, fertility support, stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalances, sleep disturbances, and joint or muscle pain. It can also be used alongside other therapies to support recovery from injury, enhance immune function, and improve overall energy and vitality.

  • Treatment Frequency

The number of sessions needed varies depending on the condition and individual response, but many patients notice improvement within the first few treatments. Acute conditions may require weekly visits for several weeks, while chronic or complex concerns often benefit from a series of 6 to 10 sessions spaced once or twice per week.

  • Expected Outcomes

Over time, acupuncture can reduce pain, improve mobility, enhance digestive and reproductive health, regulate mood, and support long-term balance. With continued care, patients often experience more energy, better sleep, and an increased sense of overall wellbeing.

  • Acupuncture vs. Dry Needling

While both acupuncture and dry needling involve the use of thin needles, they are very different in approach, philosophy, and purpose.

Acupuncture is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and focuses on restoring balance and flow within the body. Practitioners use needles at specific points along the body’s energy pathways, or meridians, to address the underlying patterns that contribute to pain, stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and overall health. Acupuncture is holistic, often addressing multiple systems in the body, and supports both symptom relief and long-term wellness.

Dry needling, on the other hand, is a Western technique primarily used to treat musculoskeletal pain. Needles are inserted directly into tight muscles or trigger points to release tension, improve mobility, and reduce localized pain. The focus is on specific tissues rather than the body’s broader energy or systemic balance.

In short, acupuncture treats the whole body and its underlying imbalances, while dry needling targets specific muscles for pain relief and functional improvement. Many patients benefit from the holistic approach of acupuncture, which can support not just pain relief but also digestion, fertility, stress regulation, and overall vitality.

Treatment Services

  • Acupuncture

Acupuncture supports your body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you’re experiencing pain, stress, digestive concerns, fatigue, or hormonal imbalance, treatment works to gently restore balance and improve how your body functions.

Rather than simply masking symptoms, acupuncture addresses the deeper patterns contributing to discomfort — helping you feel more resilient, more regulated, and more at ease in your body.

With regular care, these benefits can build over time, supporting long-term health and vitality.

  • E-Stim

Electroacupuncture (E-Stim) enhances the effects of traditional acupuncture. A gentle electrical current is applied through select acupuncture needles to provide steady, consistent stimulation. This can help reduce pain, calm muscle spasms, improve circulation, and support nerve recovery.

The sensation is typically mild and rhythmic, often described as a light pulsing or tapping, and is carefully adjusted to your comfort level.

E-stim allows us to deepen your results, especially for chronic pain, injury recovery, or areas of stubborn tension.

  • Cupping

Using gentle suction, cupping increases circulation, relieves muscle tension, and encourages the body’s natural healing response. It can be especially helpful for tight muscles, lingering injuries, stress, and areas of stagnation.

Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment. This is a normal response to increased blood flow and typically fades within a few days.

Many patients experience a sense of release and improved mobility following treatment, making cupping a powerful complement to acupuncture.

  • TDP Far-Infrared Heat Therapy Lamp

TDP therapy uses a specialized far-infrared lamp to deliver gentle, penetrating heat to targeted areas of the body. Unlike standard heating methods, TDP emits a spectrum of infrared energy that can deeply stimulate circulation, relax tight muscles, reduce joint stiffness, and promote natural tissue repair.

Many patients find TDP therapy both soothing and restorative. When paired with acupuncture, it enhances treatment results, helping relieve pain, support recovery, and leave you feeling warmer, looser, and fully rejuvenated.

  • BiomeFx™ Functional Microbiome Analysis

Our gut microbiome plays a central role in digestion, nutrient absorption, immune support, and even communication with the brain. Imbalances in gut bacteria can contribute to bloating, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, mood changes, and brain fog.

The BiomeFx™ Functional Microbiome Analysis is an at-home stool test that provides a detailed look at both the beneficial keystone species and potentially disruptive microorganisms in your gut. Unlike standard stool tests, BiomeFx™ measures the relative abundance of these organisms, helping identify patterns that may affect your overall health and metabolism. Understanding your microbiome is a crucial step in creating a targeted plan to support digestion, immune function, and long-term wellness.
